As the showroom for traditional French wineries, Le Bénaton exclusively carries wines imported directly from reputable growers and wine makers in most regions of France. This category of wines is usually referred to as "boutique wines" or "vins de domaines et propriétés" in French.
Since our wines are not mass marketed, they are available only on fine dining tables, at the cellar door, or at Le Bénaton! As Le Benaton takes its roots in Burgundy, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay lovers will be thrilled to find selections of exciting and reasonably priced
Burgundies.
Our selection ranges from very affordable, easy drinking south of France wines starting from $23 to the very exclusive, prestigious grands crus and old vintages at a few hundred dollars. We carry many mid-range wines from $30 to $60 where you will find excellent value for money.
We organise regular private wine tastings at our showroom. Follow us on Facebook to have the latest information. Some of our tastings give a general introduction to French wines while others are more specific and dedicated to discovering a particular grower or appellation.
